An 14 year old female cat appeared on our porch more or less lame from arthritis and bald on her ass.
We started giving her catfood and she stayed.
Next we gave her 2 drips of 3% hydrogen peroxyde, food grade for two weeks
Result : no arthritis anymore and a hairy ass.
Next I started to take myself regularly 3 drips in my glass of water early in the morning and feel really great.
Told it to a friend of mine , who asked me : Now you have a hairy ass too ?

The Chinese believe in "The Middle Way" - literally translated from the phrase "中庸之道" I guess that pretty much sum up how we should lead our life. Be moderate in all the things we do, exercise moderately, eat moderately or as you said, "eat some sinful cholesterol laden food if you must". It is better to enjoy life, even that is done moderately as well, haha, I hope I make sense.

Hi James, I lost my father to diabetic, my eldest brother is a borderline case diabetic, now my cousin brother is also suffering from it. I also know that diabetic is hereditary, so that makes me a potential diabetic. I guess you are right with your advice. Exercise is one of the the most important key to a better health generally and in particular to lower the risk of diabetic. Drinking a lot of water will help as well. Perhaps you are in the best capacity to share with others on the mis-information around diabetic. Cheers and have a great day.

I am a diabetic, and am on medication everyday. I have a glucose meter that I use regularly to monitor my sugar level and go for medical check-up every three month. I eat sensibly but do not deprive myself of some sugary favourite once in a while. I drink a lot of water everyday and above all EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE! Mine is a thrice weekly walk lasting at least an hour in a nature park. I think that is good enough. I'm a borderline case diabetic.
