Diabetes Mis-Information

Posted by admin On April - 27 - 20092 COMMENTS

Yet another member of my family suffered with diabetes. This time, it was my cousin.  If you have followed my blog, you will realize that my father passed away 19 years ago due to acute myocardiac infarction.  For years he suffered from diabetic and had to have strict diet control.  Each day, I have to administer insulin injection at his stomach area, a task which I took over from my sister who finally couldn’t take the stress of inserting the insulin needle.  Eventually my father suffered from high blood pressure and kidney failure.

If you are like me, when you hear of a family member or someone that you know is suffering from diabetic, you would get quickly to a computer and google for diabetic information, diabetic cure or anything that is related to diabetic.  And wow, you will be swamped with tons of info, over-information, mis-information on diabetics. One doctor recommended a certain type of drug… while other doctors recommended a different type… while still others spoke out against drugs all together. I would have given up trying to digest so much information as well as trying to decipher which info is truthful or which one is hyped up for a purpose.

No one knows this better than Julia Hanf. On the wedding night, her diabetic husband collapsed right in front of her eyes and hundreds of their guests.  The attack was triggered off due to too much cake and champagne that caused his glucose levels to spike. What was supposed to be the happiest day of her life quickly turned into her worst nightmare.  But it has also fortified her to fight back against diabetic.  And according to her words:

“After meeting with dozens of patients who had successfully beaten diabetes, some patterns began to emerge. My husband became my guinea pig and I tested every theory on him. There were a lot of early failures… but eventually an unusual system started to take shape.  My husband’s diabetes stopped cold.  His blood sugar levels came down to normal, he lost weight and his energy levels went through the roof.  He’d be embarrassed to know I’m writing this, but even his sex drive shot up.

We even went back to our family doctor to confirm the results and…

Our Doctor Asked ME To Show Him How To Beat Diabetes!”
